Return & Exchange Policy

At Dynamix Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • In new, unused, and resellable condition
  • In its original packaging (if applicable)
  • With all tags, labels, or accessories still attached

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:  support@dynamixapparel.us or  within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. Return Shipment: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is processed smoothly.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a return, we will send you the replacement product once the original item has been received and inspected. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged after being opened
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with either an exchange or full refund, including return shipping costs.
